This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, a deep understanding of risk management principles, and a proven track record of working on multiple products, particularly those utilizing AI technologies. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. It is essential to have at least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a specific focus on the IRM module. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations, is required. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules will be an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills are a must-have, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Lead SNOW Developer, your duties will include leading the development of ServiceNow IRM solutions in alignment with business requirements and best practices. You will be overseeing the development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers. Code reviews, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring adherence to coding standards are also part of your responsibilities. Keeping abreast of ServiceNow updates and enhancements, recommending process improvements, and collaborating effectively with IT and business teams for successful solution implementation are key aspects of this role. Your technical expertise should encompass ServiceNow IRM, GRC, scripting, UI policies, Flows, and Workspace configuration. Experience with APIs and integration, especially with REST APIs, JSON, and ServiceNow Spokes, is necessary. Proven experience in implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams and mentor junior developers are essential. A good understanding of Operational Risk and Compliance Management processes and the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues are expected. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, customer service focus, detailed issue documentation capabilities, process documentation skills, and effective time management abilities. Holding a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certification is advantageous. Additionally, qualifications like a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, and certifications in UI/UX (VueJS/Angular/React JS) are desired for this role.
