Service Now Lead

Experience : 6 to 10 years

Shift timings : 3 PM to 11 PM.

Location : Bangalore

Technical Skills:

• Experience in designing and implementing business applications using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to provide concrete reusable service


• Having hands-on experience in application integration using ServiceNow technologies including REST, SOAP, FTP


• Having hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Event Management and modules like ITAM, ITOM, GRC, CSDM, PPM etc.


• CSM, ITAM, etc.]


• Should be already working at a lead level with more experience on managing/ mentoring the team [60%] on top of technical capabilities [40%].


• Should have at least worked on min. 3 modules [Like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, ITBM, CSM, ITAM, etc.]


• Certifications required CSA, CIS or CAD in ServiceNow.


• Experience developing workflows, Business Rules, ACLS, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Date Policies, UI Actions, and table extension in ServiceNow.


• Proficient using SOAP UI or other tools to test SOAP/REST Web Service APIs


• Strong working knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and enterprise application


• Solid experience with XML programming (transformations, schema definitions, etc.) and W3C standards


• Strong experience in understanding of issues around integration with large volumes of data, real-time synchronous and asynchronous integration


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Extensive knowledge and experience working in an Agile environment

Educational Qualification:

Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science / Information Technology.
