ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure
ServiceNow HRSD
(Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, etc.)
Design and manage workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
Integrate HRSD with platforms like
Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, using IntegrationHub,
REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with HR teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Troubleshoot, support, and maintain HRSD functionalities

Required Skills

Minimum
5 years in ServiceNow
, with
HRSD
Experience with
ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer
, and Integration Hub
Strong understanding of
HR processes and case lifecycle
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
