Service Marketing Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Service Marketing Manager to drive after-sales marketing initiatives at RNS Motors. The role is focused on increasing workshop inflow, boosting customer retention, and enhancing service revenue through innovative campaigns and customer engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute service marketing campaigns (seasonal, festival, targeted). Drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives. Promote AMCs, extended warranties, insurance renewals, and value-added services. Manage digital marketing (SMS, WhatsApp, email, social media) for service promotions. Organize service camps, customer connect programs, and feedback surveys. Analyze service data, monitor campaign ROI, and report outcomes to management. Collaborate with workshop teams to align marketing with business goals. Qualifications & Skills: MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred. 5+ years’ experience in automobile service marketing / after-sales operations. Strong knowledge of CRM tools, digital marketing, and customer engagement. Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
