Service Marketing Manager

Job Title: Service Marketing Manager (Technical).
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree preferred – preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 Years.

Shree Industrial Agencies is a trusted supplier of industrial pumps, motors, and related products in Raigarh. We are looking for a skilled and technical-minded Service Marketing Manager to grow our service business.

Who Can Apply:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (technical field is a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in service marketing, preferably in industrial products.
• Must have strong technical understanding of pumps, motors, and service needs.
• Must own a bike for local visits.
• Should be ready to relocate to Raigarh, if not currently based here.

Your Role:
You will plan and execute marketing strategies for services like maintenance, repair, AMC, and spare parts. You’ll also work closely with technical and sales teams, handle customer feedback, and help improve service quality to boost retention and new service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and run service marketing plans.
• Research market trends and customer service needs.
• Promote AMC, service packages, and spare parts.
• Coordinate with technical/sales teams for service insights.
• Manage customer feedback and improve service delivery.
• Track service KPIs and report performance.
• Attend client meetings and service events.
