The Opportunity

Service Manager

The role is focused on establishing and maintaining strong Client relationships while ensuring the highest standards of Service delivery. The position requires significant client interaction and active involvement across all aspects of client servicing and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and account maintenance for both new and existing clients in line with regulatory and organizational policies.
• Collect and validate account-specific documentation and financial information to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, Banks, AMCs, and Product Manufacturers (AIFs, PMS providers, etc.).
• Provide operational support across a broad suite of financial products and applications.
• Oversee administrative and transactional activities including money transfers, tax reporting, portfolio review preparation, and resolution of client queries.
• Support Relationship Mangers by ensuring seamless coordination and contributing to client meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Finance from a reputed university
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking
• Strong operational skills with sound understanding of Banking and Mutual fund operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, reporting systems, and transaction platforms.
• Highly organized, with the ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for streamlining and bringing order to complex processes.
