Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage after-sales service operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
Oversee warranty handling, including processing claims, conducting investigations, and providing solutions to customers.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction index through effective technical services delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to servicing and warranty management

Monitor Overall Operation of Workshop & Network.

Enhance workshop revenue & overall business profitability.

Service Quality improvement.

Customer satisfaction improvement

Establish norms like work ethics, discipline in the workshop and uniform tidiness.

Monitor the daily vehicle reporting

Analyze current load vs. capacity, plan for future expansion

Ensure complete and timely information (HTR) delivery to HMSI from all the service outlets.

Manage & get effective results from service Advisors, Floor In-charge, FI, CRM, CREs & Polishing team.

Equip the workshop with additional facilities as per requirement.

Timely dispatch of warranty material to HMSI on a regular basis

Maintain workshop cleanliness & hygiene.

Achieve overall target (Parts, Lube, Labor) Head & Location.

Training & development for Subordinates.

Fixing monthly targets & supports the team to achieve.
