Role Overview

Service Management Q2C (Quote-to-Cash)


This position involves managing end-to-end Quote-to-Cash operations, contract administration, and customer onboarding while ensuring compliance, process excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)

    lifecycle, including quoting, contract validation, order creation, and invoicing.
  • Ensure

    legal, commercial, and compliance standards

    are met for all contracts and transactions.
  • Analyze and validate customer contracts and align terms for mutual agreement.
  • Coordinate with the

    sales, finance, and operations

    teams to collect signed agreements and maintain consistency in terms and conditions.
  • Handle

    partner-facing issue resolution

    and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Convert contracts into

    purchase orders (POs)

    and invoices for smooth processing.
  • Address and resolve

    claims, disputes, and assertions

    promptly to avoid business disruption.
  • Oversee

    customer onboarding

    and ensure accurate setup in the master data management (MDM) system.
  • Maintain and update

    customer master data

    , entitlements, and project codes.
  • Create

    order confirmations, service entitlements

    , and manage expirations as per contractual agreements.
  • Process

    service consumption, invoice approvals, and revenue reconciliation.

  • Ensure timely and accurate

    revenue recognition

    and financial compliance.
  • Initiate

    requisitions

    and manage

    purchase order (PO) creation, submission, and tracking.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree

  • 5+ years

    of professional experience in:
    • Quoting and Order Management
    • Contract Management
    • Supplier Onboarding
    • Purchase Order (PO) Processing
    • Sales / Service Administration
  • Industry exposure in

    Services or Hi-Tech domains

    preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-Graduation / Diploma

    in International Supply Chain or Sourcing Management.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Oracle, SAP, and ServiceNow

    systems.
  • Excellent

    communication, analytical, and stakeholder management

    skills.
  • Strong

    problem-solving, planning, and organizational

    capabilities.
  • Demonstrated

    accountability, teamwork, flexibility, and leadership.

  • Prior experience in

    team supervision, coaching, or process optimization.
