Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the designated service line, ensuring alignment with KIMS Hyderabad's strategic goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service line performance, efficiency, and quality of care
  • Collaborate with medical staff, department heads, and other stakeholders to optimize service delivery and patient satisfaction
  • Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and resource allocation to maintain cost-effectiveness
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
  • Analyze market trends and patient needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the service line
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policiesRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in healthcare management, with a strong track record of leadership in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders
