Service Executive (1–2 Years Experience)

B.Tech – Mechanical



Role Overview (Office-Based Job)

• Attend customer calls related to machine issues, service requirements & installations.

• ⁠Understand the technical nature of the problem (mechanical understanding required).

• ⁠Evaluate the issue and assign the correct field technician / electrical team as per job type.

• ⁠Schedule visits, track job progress, and follow up until service is completed.

• ⁠Create new complaint tickets, update status, and close old complaints.

• ⁠Coordinate with customers for installation timelines and service support.

• ⁠Maintain service reports, documentation, and MIS.



Who Should Apply?

• Mechanical background preferred to understand faults & machine behavior.

• ⁠1–2 years of experience in service coordination / customer support / service office backend.

• ⁠Strong communication & problem-solving skills.

• ⁠Good at calls, documentation, and handling customer follow-ups.

• ⁠This is NOT a field job — full-time office-based coordination role.
