Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our technical support team. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial equipment such as boilers, burners, automation panels, burner controllers and knowledge of fabrication and insulation at client sites. Key Responsibilities: - Install and commission burners, boilers, burner sequence controllers, and accessories. - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. - Perform preventive maintenance at client sites. - Calibrate instruments, sensors, pressure switches, and flame detectors. - Respond promptly to breakdown service calls. - Coordinate with the sales and supply team for parts/spare requirements. - Maintain service reports, documentation, and customer feedback. - Train customer operators or technicians during handover. - Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards. Skills & Competencies Required: - Strong knowledge of industrial burners, electrical panels, boiler systems. - Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and schematics. - Familiar with Siemens, Riello, Ecoflam, or Bentone burner controllers (LOA, LFL, LAL, etc.). - Experience with VFDs, PLCs, or automation panels is a plus. - Good troubleshooting and communication skills. - Basic knowledge of insulation or fabrication services (bonus).
