Service Engineer

CNC Machine Knowledge:

• 1 Possess a basic understanding of Fanuc and Siemens CNC machines for efficient troubleshooting and maintenance.
• 2. Electrical Knowledge: Have a fundamental understanding of electrical systems and wiring, especially in relation to machine maintenance.

• 10. Planning & Execution: Maintain detailed planning and execution charts for maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• 11. Service Logs Maintenance: Keep both customer service logs and internal service records updated promptly to ensure accurate tracking of activities.
• 12. Railway Customer Support: Provide prompt service to Railway customers by coordinating with the service team and Pune HO, ensuring clear communication throughout.
• 13. Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with Design, Production, Marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of service activities.
• 14. Detailed Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for all maintenance and repair work conducted on each machine.
• 15. Technical Problem Diagnosis: Diagnose errors or technical problems on-site and determine appropriate solutions quickly.
• 16. Service Reporting: Produce timely and detailed service reports that clearly outline all work performed and any recommendations for future actions.
• 17. Willingness to Travel: Be prepared for extensive travel requirements as part of the role, ensuring high service standards are maintained across locations.

• Required Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in machine maintenance, OR Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience in machine maintenance.
