Job Overview

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems. You will engage directly with customers on-site, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently, and providing exceptional technical support.

Location: Vadodara

Job Type: Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain and service equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

✅ Inspect, diagnose, and report the condition of machinery during site visits.

✅ Analyse downtime causes and help identify improvements to enhance machine efficiency.

✅ Deliver technical training (classroom + on-site) to customer operators and maintenance teams.

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve urgent or long-standing issues directly at customer locations.

✅ Provide proactive advice on service enhancements and retrofit options.

✅ Continuously upgrade your skills by participating in internal and external training.

✅ Be available for global travel and support our 24/7 remote assistance program.

Qualifications And Skills:

✅ A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, or demonstrated equivalent experience and capability.

✅ Preferably experienced in international service roles with willingness to travel abroad for up to 4 consecutive weeks.

✅ Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, camera systems, and automation platforms such as Rockwell/Siemens PLCs, industrial PCs, and Fanuc robotics is highly desirable.

✅ Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with a practical approach to diagnosing and resolving complex issues.

✅ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as per project requirements.

✅ Accurate and clear in technical reporting and documentation.

✅ Analytical thinker with high stress tolerance and strong problem-solving abilities.

✅ Professional, customer-focused attitude with a can-do mentality—acting as a brand ambassador for the company.

✅ Flexible and reliable—willing to support operations beyond regular working hours when necessary.
