Service Engineer (Technical)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery at client sites. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical expert and represent the company in delivering high-quality after-sales support for our machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and test industrial machinery and ensure smooth handover to clients.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, Vacuum Pumps & System faults in machines.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance at customer locations.
• Provide remote or on-site technical support and training to customers on machine operation and upkeep.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams for resolving complex technical issues.
• Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation.
• Ensure all service activities adhere to company safety and quality standards.
• Identify potential service improvements or design issues and report them to the R&D or product teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Travel to client locations across regions as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support of industrial machinery.
• Hands-on experience with machine installation, alignment, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with PLCs, Pumps, Compressor & Vacuum Pumps, pneumatics, and industrial automation is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and technical documentation (schematics, manuals, etc.).
• Good communication skills in English and local languages.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on customer sites.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with heavy machinery, packaging machines, Pumps, Compressor & Vacuum Pumps, or capital equipment.
• Strong analytical and customer service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
