Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor / Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in the industrial machinery sector. The ideal candidate will oversee the Production, planning and scheduling of the processes safely to meet timely delivery and quality assured goods to customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer and business expectation.
• Supervise day-to-day shop floor activities including machining, assembly, fabrication, and testing of industrial machinery.
• Monitor and optimize production workflows to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with design, quality, procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• To analyse and control bottle neck in the system hampering production schedule.
• Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and team performance.
• Analyse production data, track KPIs, and report regularly to senior management.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and other best practices.
• Participate in audits and drive compliance with ISO standards and internal policies.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial machinery manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment or industrial machinery production processes including CNC, fabrication, assembly, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Sound knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and quality management systems.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory):

• PMP or Industrial Engineering Certification
• ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
