· Install and configure instruments and equipment at customer sites.
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick resolutions.
· Conduct demonstrations and train customers on product usage.
· Maintain service documentation, reports, and feedback records.
· Coordinate with internal teams for escalated support issues.
· Diploma / BE in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
· 0–4 years of relevant experience (freshers also considered).
· Strong knowledge of electronics, circuit boards, and instruments.
· Good communication and customer-handling skills.
· Willingness to travel for field assignments.
