The Tamil Nadu Centre of Excellence for Advanced Manufacturing (TANCAM) is established by Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO) at TIDEL Park, Chennai. TANCAM aims to provide a dedicated IT engineering ecosystem to support the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector and students across Tamil Nadu. It will facilitate the growth of industries such as Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Electric vehicles through engineering digital platforms and 3D printing and virtual reality setups.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil Engineering Trainer at TANCAM. The Civil Engineering Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, developing training materials, conducting workshops, and supporting the growth of engineering skills in the MSME sector in Tamil Nadu. This role is based in Chennai but allows for some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Engineering training and education
• Knowledge of engineering digital platforms and tools
• Ability to develop and deliver training materials
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, or Electric vehicles industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
