Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities ·        Install, maintain & repair welding and cutting equipment at client locations. ·        Deliver technical presentations that explain products & services with confidence. ·        Offer hands-on training and technical support to end users. ·         Suggest and implement process improvements to boost client productivity. ·         Resolve customer complaints & queries efficiently. ·         Prepare cost estimates, send quotes, and follow up on service leads. ·         Promote new products to existing clients be their go-to tech expert! ·         Coordinate product demos with suppliers and buyers. ·         Maintain daily reports of client visits and inquiries. ·         Collaborate with your team and contribute to shared goals.   🎯 What We’re Looking For:   ·        Diploma / B.E. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) ·        2+ years of experience in a technical service or maintenance role ·        Working knowledge of welding equipment (preferred) ·        Strong technical & electrical know-how ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ·        Excellent communication skills – must speak Gujarati, Hindi & English ·        Must be able to ride a 2-wheeler (Field visits required) ·        Willingness to travel for business visits
