Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    remote

    technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electronic product issues efficiently.
  • Guide customers on installation, operation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the internal technical team for escalations.
  • Maintain service logs, documentation, and FAQs.
  • Conduct virtual product training sessions for customers.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical/customer support (electronics/automation preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in electronic circuits and components.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
