Job Title: Service Engineer – Camera and Fire Alarm Systems & Access Cantrol

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of camera and fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation:
• Install camera systems and fire alarm equipment according to industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement and configuration of equipment.
• Maintenance & Repair:
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on camera and fire alarm systems.
• Respond promptly to service calls and address technical issues effectively.
• Testing & Calibration:
• Test and calibrate systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Document test results and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Customer Support:
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation of camera and fire alarm systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and inventory management.
• Prepare and submit service reports to management as required.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Associate’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in servicing and installing camera systems and fire alarm systems.
• Familiarity with security systems and fire safety regulations.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software related to camera and fire alarm systems.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in fire alarm systems (e.g., NICET) and/or camera systems (e.g., CCTV certifications) are a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
