Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Guwahati. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, field service, and technical support activities. Daily tasks include maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring optimal performance, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The Service Engineer will be expected to provide excellent communication and customer service, ensuring satisfaction and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and Field Service skills
• Strong Communication and Technical Support abilities
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with telecom equipment and testing instruments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
