This is a full-time remote role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing maintenance and repair services for electric scooters, and delivering exceptional customer support. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting, conducting field service visits, providing timely technical support, and ensuring products meet performance and quality standards.
