Job Responsibilities We are seeking a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support. The role involves resolving customer inquiries, complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, while keeping the company's reputation and customer satisfaction in mind. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or any other communication channel in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Gather feedback from customers to improve products, services, and processes. Provide customers with product and service information, and troubleshoot issues when necessary. Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the customer database system. Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and improve business processes. Identify customer trends and communicate them to the relevant departments for further action. Develop and implement customer satisfaction surveys to measure the level of customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Continuously learn about products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills Customer Service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial Show more Show less
