Service Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair equipment while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and providing on-site and remote support to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and test equipment or machinery at client sites. Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty parts or systems. Provide technical support and training to customers on product usage. Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, operations) for issue resolution. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during service activities. Stay updated with the latest technical knowledge, tools, and industry best practices. Requirements & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field. Proven experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar role. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and industry standards. Good communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients. Willingness to travel extensively for on-site support. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks.
