ob Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Executive to manage client interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery. The Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing after-sales support, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth service delivery. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty. Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, technical, and operations to fulfill customer requirements. Record and track customer complaints, service requests, and feedback. Prepare and share service reports with management. Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction and continuous improvement. Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Prior experience in customer service, client servicing, or a similar role. Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
