You will be joining Prote-Go Hygiene-Tech, a company that is leading the way in transforming hygiene standards in India through our innovative nanotechnology-based sanitization service. Our environmentally friendly solution offers a 30-day protection against harmful microbes with a single application, making hygiene both cost-effective and highly efficient. As a Service Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee sanitization operations at various client locations. You will be tasked with applying our advanced nanotechnology solution, ensuring the quality of service delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. Your key duties will include conducting on-site sanitization services in accordance with company guidelines, educating clients on the benefits of our solution, and addressing any concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining quality control by ensuring the proper application of the technology and adherence to safety protocols, managing equipment and inventory, documenting service details and client feedback, and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of experience in field service, facility management, or a related industry, with a background in Pest Control service being a plus. A good understanding of hygiene and sanitization processes, strong communication skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, physical stamina for on-site work, and the ability to collaborate with both operations and sales teams are essential qualities for success in this position.
