Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Mumbai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service, and offering technical support for our medical and aesthetic equipment. Additional responsibilities include maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring optimum performance and compliance with international standards. The role demands effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Field Service experience and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• BSC or bachelor's degree in engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
