Service Desk Engineer

As a Service Desk Engineer L1 at InknowTech Pvt Ltd, your role will involve providing exceptional technical support to employees by resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, a strong technical foundation, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established procedures and guidelines. - Document all technical issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system. - Collaborate with other IT teams, such as Network Operations and Cyber Security, to resolve complex technical issues. - Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs. - Stay up-to-date with new technologies, software, and hardware, and apply this knowledge to improve technical support services. - Meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) for technical support. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 0-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a help desk or service desk environment. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. - Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network fundamentals. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple technical issues simultaneously.,
