Role & responsibilities

  • Should have understanding about basics of ITIL
  • Should have good hands on for ITSM tools like Summit, ServiceNow
  • Logging all service desk communications and document issue resolution using an ITSM system
  • Prioritizing and managing incoming IT service requests efficiently
  • Providing user guidance and training for better tech utilization
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
