Incident ManagementTroubleshoot L1 issues: password resets, OS issues, software installs, email, network, printers, hardware, mobiles/iPadsEscalate to L2/L3 as per matrix


Request FulfilmentAccess provisioning/de-provisioningSoftware distributionAsset assignment & HAM updates


Knowledge ManagementMaintain KB articles and step-by-step solutions Reporting & InsightsWeekly/monthly reports: ticket volume, SLAs, CSATRCA for major incidentsIdentify automation & shift-left opportunities


User Training & CommunicationSupport user onboardingShare critical IT service communications


Collaboration & Process ImprovementWork with internal IT & vendorsSupport DR/BCP activities
