Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Associate should be able to work on different application issues with Good Troubleshooting Skills.
  • Should be ready to work on new technologies & tools without any tool specific restrictions/boundaries.
  • Team player and ready to manage shared account model with 24*7 support (managing multiple accounts)

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Voice support experience
  • L1 technical support experience in the retail domain
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing tool and Active Directory (added advantage)
  • Chat support experience
  • Familiarity with remote support for end users
  • Willingness to work in a 247 environment
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
  • Minimum 2.5 years commitment to the project
  • Must clear customer evaluation to be eligible for the project
