The SDL for Partner Relations, you will be a key player in our organization, responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our relationships with external partners and business . This role is crucial for ensuring that our solutions meet the high standards of security, reliability, and performance required in the aerospace industry.

Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 6-8 years of experience

ITIL Expert/Intermediate
PRIMARY

Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key external partners

Performance Monitoring: Define and Continuously monitor and evaluate partner performance against strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on uptime, security compliance, and support responsiveness.

Supplier Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks

Communication Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and legal.
Required Skills Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in a partner-facing role within the IT or software industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with engineering or manufacturing technologies in a regulated industry like aerospace, defense, or automotive.
