Description for Requirement of a Service Manager - Jawa / Yezdi Motorcycles Job Title: Service Manager - Jawa / Yezdi Motorcycles Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Service Manager to lead the service department for our Jawa and Yezdi motorcycle dealership/service center. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with an in-depth technical knowledge of motorcycles, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in service management, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing customer satisfaction in line with the heritage and brand standards of Jawa and Yezdi Motorcycles. Key Responsibilities: Service Operations Management: Oversee all service department activities, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control for repairs, maintenance, and warranty work for Jawa and Yezdi motorcycles. Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical support and guidance to the service team, ensuring accurate diagnosis and resolution of complex mechanical and electrical issues specific to the Jawa and Yezdi product line. Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of motorcycle technicians and service advisors. Conduct performance evaluations and foster a highly skilled, motivated, and customer-focused service team. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Handle customer inquiries, address complaints professionally, and strive for positive resolutions to maximize customer retention and brand loyalty. Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels of genuine Jawa and Yezdi parts and accessories. Control operational costs and ensure efficient resource utilization. Process Improvement: Implement and continually refine service processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability while adhering to company and brand guidelines. Compliance & Safety: Ensure the service center operates in compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on service department performance, including revenue, expenses, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
