About The Team Our team is dedicated to developing cutting-edge, complex, and impactful applications within the financial services and technology sectors. These applications are customer-facing products designed using portal technology to provide valuable business services. The Merchant Liaison Unit provides support in managing file and batch-level failure issues and addresses TSO NAP funding and settlement queries. Worldpay powers 2.2 trillion payments annually across 146 countries in over 135 separate currencies with over a million-merchants supported globally. Worldpay is the largest acquirer by volume globally, we provide a reliable, secure, and scalable payments platform 24x7 365 day a year. What You’ll Own Manage technical operations for handling bulk file and batch failure cases and address settlement and funding queries. Provide support for TSO NAP reporting and processing tasks, including any remaining issues. This role operates on a 24/7 support basis. Where you’ll own it You’ll own it in our modern Indore hub. With hubs in the heart of city centers and tech capitals, things move fast in APAC. We pride ourselves on being an agile and dynamic collective, collaborating with different teams and offices across the globe What You Bring Basic and hands-on knowledge of MS SQL and Oracle. Working knowledge of Splunk, Control-M, SFG, and ServiceNow. Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication skills. Provide voice call support. Available for 24x7 rotating shifts.
