Service DEFOA Manager
Your Role
- Execute the necessary process to maintain the DEFOA targets as per defined KPI.
- Identifies areas of improvement by analyzing service DEFOAs
- Monitor, measure, analyze and report the actual performance against targets to ensure the agreed objectives will be met
- Ensure the defects are raised and maintained wherever necessary.
- Define KPI, dashboard and analytics requirements to manage performance of the services, solution & service delivery business
- Request for / suggest improvements, bringing performance back on track considering an integrated perspective, contributing to cross-function / cross-business collaboration
- Support colleagues, markets, FSEs and/or suppliers, partners to improve the DEFOAs and business performance.
- Collaborate with senior management, functional peers, business/functions, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company to solve DEFOA related challenges.
- Report and communicate results & achievements towards stakeholders following regular channels such as DMs, Performance Dashboards at the services, solution & service delivery function level

- Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work within international and interdisciplinary teams and communicate with Philips personnel and customers
- Understanding of project management and working in teams
- Problem Solving and data analytical skills
- Capability and technical knowledge to review and evaluate Medical Device requirements and design documentation
- Knowledge of the regulated environment of Medical Device manufactures, specifically Design Control elements and working in a Quality Management System.
- Knowledge of the various ERP tools like SAP, Excel etc.
Education
Bachelor of Engineering/ Masters in Engineering with good understanding of complex system comprised of mechanical, electrical, electronics and software subsystems.
Experience
3-5 years of working in part management/ development with working knowledge of SAP environment.
