Job Description

We are hiring for Service cum Sales persons.

Job Profile: Service cum Sales Manager for Veterinary Product range

Handling Area: Gujrat (Ahmedabad)

Preferred Candidate: Male

Qualifications & Experience:-

Education: Diploma or BE/BTech in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering.
Experience: Freshers can apply; 1-2 years of experience in sales and service of the Veterinary instruments preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic engineering knowledge with a strong technical aptitude to learn company products.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and relevant software with internet. Key Competencies:
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and the head office.

Nature of Job:

Attend service calls from customers regarding diagnostic analyzers and provide solutions as per company guidelines.
Visit customer places for routine sales activities and promote the company product Veterinary.
Conduct preventive maintenance visits for customers covered under service contracts.
Install newly supplied medical instruments and provide end-user training.
Maintain records of installed equipment, service visits, and routine maintenance.
Ensure timely updates and documentation of all sales and service activities. Work Requirements:
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Gujrat for sales and service calls.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
