Job Description

Summary:

The client is seeking a Service Manager to provide operational leadership and coordination as company migrates to a new API Gateway and scales routing operations
 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate L3 operations for routing and API Gateway platforms
  • Ensure SLA compliance for incident triage and escalation
  • Oversee traffic migration milestones and deployment schedules
  • Provide reporting (weekly status, monthly dashboards, quarterly analysis)
  • Act as escalation and coordination point between company engineering and offshore teams
 

Team Technical Stack:

  • API Gateway (Kong) Routing and load balancing systems PagerDuty (incident management) Linux, security patching, certificate management
 

Must have skills for this role:

  • Incident and change management
  • Team coordination and SLA governance
  • Strong communication and escalation handling
  • Experience in routing and high-availability environments
