Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator who is proficient in Hindi and has strong Excel skills to join our team. The role requires responsibilities for managing customer service requests, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that service operations run smoothly and efficiently. The candidate should be able to effectively communicate in both Hindi and English, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate proficiency in using Excel for data management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with service centers, and internal departments to manage service requests.
Track and monitor service calls, repairs, and replacements to ensure timely closure.
Handle queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and provide effective resolutions.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
Support in warranty/AMC claims and approvals.
Ensure spare parts availability and coordinate with logistics for dispatches

Requirements

Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools preferred).
