Qualifications: - Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. - Experience: 2+ years of experience in service coordination, technical support, or a related field, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry. - Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in CRM software, and Microsoft Office. - Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical or mechanical systems relevant to automotive or electronics service operations.
