Job Description

Position: Service Coordinator

Location: Manjeri, Malappuram

Department: E-commerce Service Support

Experience: Fresher/1–2 years preferred

Language Requirement: Hindi (Mandatory), English & Malayalam Preferred

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage and support all post-sales service interactions related to our e-commerce platforms across Pan India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring prompt resolutions in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Managing E-commerce Service Calls:

Handle all service-related calls from e-commerce customers across Pan India. Ensure that no offline or GCC-related service queries are routed through this role.

2. **Customer Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve customer concerns over the phone, whenever possible. For unresolved cases, create service tickets and update the service database accurately.

3. **Customer Database Management:

Maintain a comprehensive database of all service calls, including customer contact information and the nature of service issues, for future reference and reporting.

4. **Extended Warranty Registration Support:

Manage all calls related to extended warranty registration (3/6 months) for selected EMD and CED products. Maintain a dedicated database for customers who register their purchases for extended warranty benefits.

5. **Coordination with Internal Teams:

Route South region service requests (for serviceable products) to the appropriate service team and follow up for timely resolution. Coordinate with the category team to seek approvals for product replacements where necessary.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
  • Fluency in Hindi language is mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or service management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in E-commerce or service coordination will be an advantage
  • Preferred nearest candidates.

Educational Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / any Graduate

Joining: Immediate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
