Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring the services provided, evaluating their quality, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring the services being provided and staying updated on any new services introduced or discontinued. - Evaluating the quality of all services and identifying areas for improvement. - Responding to complaints, resolving issues, and matching clients with better services. - Making AMC proposals and following up on them. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree. - Strong work ethic and service skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Up-to-date knowledge of services, policies, and regulations. - Strong record-keeping and analytical skills.
