Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support service operations by coordinating service calls, maintaining records, and assisting field teams. The role involves handling customer requests, scheduling service activities, and ensuring timely job closure and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and schedule service calls and maintenance visits
· Communicate with customers and field service engineers
· Maintain service records, job cards, and reports
· Track service requests and follow up for timely closure
· Prepare MIS and basic service reports
· Handle customer queries and provide operational support
Requirements:
· Graduate/Diploma in technical background.
· 1–3 years of experience in service coordination or back-office operations
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
· Experience with CRM/service systems is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
