Insight Global is currently looking for a skilled LLM System Monitor to join the LLM Proxy team in Bengaluru, India. As an LLM System Monitor, you will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting dashboards to detect failures and issues, and effectively manage incident communication. Your primary role will involve closely monitoring observability dashboards on a day-to-day basis. In this role, you will proactively respond to automated alerts or be engaged in a chat zone by team members who have raised a ticket. As the main point of contact, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills in providing updates on the incident status to both end customers and the incident commander. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in responding to and monitoring globally deployed web applications, with a focus on keeping track of permutations. Additionally, familiarity with AWS services or any cloud provider and a foundational understanding of observability tools such as Quantiles and Q99 are essential for this role.
