Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is non-sales and focuses on coordinating service operations, managing technical staff, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and prompt problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their service needs and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate and assign tasks to engineers and technical support staff
• Follow up on service requests and ensure completion within the defined timelines
• Act as the communication bridge between clients and technical teams
• Maintain proper documentation of service activities, client feedback, and engineer schedules
• Respond to client queries in a solution-oriented and professional manner
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
• Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly service status updates
• Support internal team operations to improve service efficiency and quality

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English, Assamese, and Hindi is mandatory
• Proven ability to handle multiple clients and coordinate with various teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of service workflows and technical coordination
• Prior experience in service support or coordination preferred
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
