Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Overview:

ETGr Education is looking for a dynamic, well-organized, and student-friendly Coordinator / Academic Counsellor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for students, helping them choose the right courses, maintaining academic records, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding various courses, admissions, and career options.
• Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate between faculty, management, and students for class scheduling and academic updates.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and follow-up reports using ERP and MS Office tools.
• Assist in admission process, registration, and documentation.
• Manage day-to-day academic operations and ensure smooth running of batches.
• Support marketing and promotional activities of the institution when required.
• Handle communication and feedback collection from students and parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Assamese, and Hindi.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced educational environment.
• Positive attitude with a student-friendly approach.
