Location: Akurdi Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Job Title: Trainee – Operations Support / Service Operations Trainee Job Description: CAIT Edusys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Trainee – Operations Support / Service Operations Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, supporting them in operational processes, and managing NAPS & NATS registrations and contract generation activities. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with clients and provide operational support. Handle NAPS and NATS registration of candidates on respective portals. Generate and manage candidate contracts accurately. Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of registration and compliance formalities. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of operations. Support the team in day-to-day operational activities. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Any Graduate (preferred background in HR / Administration / Operations). Experience: Fresher candidates or up to 6 months–1 year of experience in similar roles.
