We are now hiring Service Coordinators to manage brand calls, coordinate field teams, and ensure top-quality service for our customers. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Coordinate between brand, customer, and service centers/technicians for installation and repair calls. Assign and track service calls based on technician skillset and location coverage. Monitor TAT (Turn Around Time) and follow-up to ensure calls are completed within timelines. Update CRM with real-time status — start, in-progress, completed, or pending calls. Escalate critical cases and ensure smooth communication between customer and brand. Maintain service reports and call logs accurately. Support field operations with spare requests and warranty validations. Work closely with regional managers to ensure customer satisfaction above 90%. 💡 Key Requirements:Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred in any discipline). 1–3 years of experience in Service Coordination / Customer Service / Operations. Experience in Home Appliances or Electronics Service industry preferred. Strong communication skills in English + Regional Languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam). Proficient with MS Excel, CRM software, WhatsApp Business & ticketing tools.
