We’re Hiring: Service Advisor – Gurgaon

Position: Service Advisor (Gurgaon)

Gurgaon hub

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee hub operations — allotment, exchange, and return of EVs.
Monitor fleet health and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Ensure rider satisfaction through timely support and issue resolution.
Drive adherence to company SOPs, policies, and compliance standards.

🎯

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years
of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Familiarity with
EVs, fleet tech, or mobility operations
is a plus.
Based in or willing to relocate to
Gurgaon
.
