Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Customer Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Provide timely and effective support via email, phone, live chat, or other communication channels.
Monitor client accounts for issues, proactively engage, and resolve inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of account activities, interactions, and updates in CRM systems.

Client Relationship & Growth:

Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and grow account value.
Represent the company professionally and provide guidance on products or services to maximize client success.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, CX, Product) to resolve client issues and escalations.
Participate in projects aimed at improving client experience, tools, and processes.
Analyze account data to generate actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience in account management, customer success, or related roles.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency with CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting.
Knowledge of company products/services is an asset.
