Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end processes—requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support—especially for modules like HR Case Management, HR Employee Relation, Employee Service Centre, Knowledge Management, Employee Journey Management, and Agent Workspace.

Build and maintain workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, dashboards, and reports. Design and develop custom widgets, portals, and integrations (e.g., via REST/SOAP) with systems like SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.

Utilize Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Citizen Developer tools to streamline HR processes and reduce manual interventions.

Establish governance standards, prioritize enhancement requests, and work alongside product owners and managed service partners for aligned platform evolution.

Facilitate system integration testing, regression testing, and UAT. Document test cases and triage issues quickly.
